Bad communication
Was told the nothing was going on my credit and was lied to. Now I can't contact the rep that contacted me. He won't answer my calls. Going to cancel service and it hasn't even been a week
Not a happy customer
I subscribed to the service with a 3 day period to cancel. I had to cancel the next day. It is not an easy process to cancel and I’m still waiting a week later to have the equipment removed. I have been reassured I will not be charged, however I am beginning to get concerned.

The system is OK however they lied to me about what I would be getting for referring somebody and returning my old ring doorbell to them. I got nothing of the sort which is actually quite a bit of money. They need to resolve this.
I believe the technician was new
I believe the technician was new. He was always in contact with someone on the phone for help. Although he was polite he was very messy when installing equipment. When brought out his ladder to get the shed in the back of the house he brought the ladder though the house, banging the walls. When he needed to clip wires the dropping was all over the place as well as dust from the walls from drilling. We were sitting on my deck smoking a cigarette and small take he was spitting on my deck. I was so grossed out!! Thinking back i should have not opted to get this product it's no different then what I have. ADT is better. No direction on how to review camera information on my phone. I figured it out myself. It took 3 days to install. I'm glad I didn't get the second camera. Thanks

Their cameras and associated app sucks...I mean, it sucks bad. Good luck watching a live feed as it ALWAYS decides to freeze or take forever to buffer. Not just that, but it doesn't catch everything. Someone can come right up to my door, do a jig, and it won't even record it. However, if a cat walks down the street it will be sure to let me know.

We haven['t received our pay off for our ADT, we have asked how to shut off the light shining 24/7 on our porch and no help, We have been left with no one to assist us with this new system.

Reluctant to offer buyout to our old alarm system you are replacing. Offering a buyout is a good incentive to purchase your product. It makes good sense to offer a buyout when you are trying to get people to leave their old and buy your new product.
Install is sloppy
Install is sloppy, and the exterior camera and garage door won’t stay online. We used Vivint because we previously had a good experience with them. If my crews did this quality of work, they would be looking for a new job. They also, have huge markups on the equipment, and they make sure that you don’t see what they are charging you until you’ve completed the credit app.
Watch your installer closely
The sales person told me it would take 1.5 hrs to install, it took 5 hours. The installer drilled a hole in the brick and then filled it in with spackle, it is on the front of the house. As of yet no one has offered or said that they would fix it. I have only been told that it would be taken care of, but I have yet to see it. The installer also had to do it in 2 trips, because he was out of certain equipment. So then I had to make time for them to come twice. The only reason they get even 2 stars is because their equipment is better than what I had before.

Nightmare
To start, it was a VERY pushy salesman. He had me getting my CC ready before I even said yes. Installation took forever. I couldn’t believe he was still at it at 10:00 pm. Now my doorbell doesn’t work!

Issues less than a week
Have had the system less than a week and already having issues withe the cameras and the mobile app, called and got it working but as soon as I hung up with support it didn't work again, so far not impressed.
Get the lifetime warranty. You'll need it.
I ordered a replacement for the deadbolt lock because the original one drained the batteries so quickly that I had to change them almost daily. I contacted a person via chat. Seemed as if they were distracted.
I'm disappointed so far with the system. The installer was very knowledgeable, however, his crew that showed up later was not. He contacted me regarding the faulty deadbolt and he said he would be over to take a look at it, but then I never heard from him again. Additionally, the swivel of the outdoor cameras is poor.
Overall, the system is okay.

2 I called to ask 2 questions, I was on the line for 34 minutes.
3 after I ask the representative, I only resolved on thing
4 is your product not reliable, your representative tried to sell me a warranty package, after only being a customer for 2 or 3 days
5 I'm tired if this already.
